Prioritizing Customer Service
As part of IRES Fund Management Limited’s ongoing effort to improve the management of the apartments it manages and the satisfaction of the tenants, we have implemented a customer satisfaction program. This program is aimed at ensuring tenants have a means to escalate any concerns they may have regarding their apartment or any other general building related concerns.
IRES tenants are asked to continue to place emergency calls, and work order requests through their normal channels such as the site management office. However, should a resident feel the need to escalate their concern, please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
